5. Health and Safety
• Clients are responsible for ensuring they are fit to use UV tanning services. If you have medical conditions, sensitive skin, or concerns about UV exposure, consult a healthcare professional before tanning.
• Protective eyewear must be worn in UV tanning beds.
• Clients must inform staff of any allergies, medications, or skin conditions before using a tanning bed.
• We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe it may pose a health risk.
6. Payment Terms
• All payments for services and products must be made in full at the time of purchase.
• Accepted payment methods include:

• Mobile Payment Options (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna)
• Cash (in-store only)
• Payments are processed securely via third-party providers (e.g., Stripe for card transactions).
7. Refund & Cancellation Policy
• All sales are final. No refunds will be provided for services rendered or products purchased.
• If you are unsatisfied with a service, please contact us within 24 hours so we can attempt to resolve the issue.
• Tanning session bookings may be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance without penalty. Missed appointments are non-refundable.

• We are not responsible for any adverse reactions, burns, or skin conditions arising from the use of UV tanning services. Clients use our facilities at their own risk.
• We are not liable for any lost or stolen personal belongings on our premises.
10. Changes to Terms & Conditions
We may update these Terms and Conditions as necessary. Any changes will be communicated through our website and on-site notices. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
